The responsibility of integrating a new residential area into this unique setting guides us to design three sophisticated buildings that speak the language of the sea and the land, breaking boundaries and making a difference.

Barlovento is divided into six blocks of 5 residences each. Each block features 2 ground-floor units, 2 first-floor units, and 1 penthouse. All units come with parking spaces and storage rooms. Explore each type of residence to find the one that suits your lifestyle.
Type 1 and 2 residences, located on the lowest floor of the 6 blocks, feature 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, and a laundry room.
