Before you ask
What peopleusually ask
How much do they cost?
The price depends on the house type, the floor area, the orientation and the views of each villa, and no two are the same. The brochure gives you every type with its areas; the price of the one you like, we give you straight, no runaround.
When are they handed over?
The build takes 36 months from the start of works. There is no start date yet, so we would rather not announce a handover date: better not to promise a day we cannot guarantee. When there is one, you will have it in writing.
Can I visit?
Yes. The sales office is at Plaza Illes Balears, nº1, in Oropesa del Mar, where you can see the plans and the scale model. If you are travelling from abroad, say so in the form and we will fit it around your trip.
I live outside Spain. Can I buy?
Yes, and it is the norm here. We look after you in your own language and guide you through the NIE, opening a bank account and the signing. Almost all of it can be done remotely.
What exactly is “el poblado”?
It is not a block, nor a scattering of detached houses: 135 villas arranged in pedestrian rings on a hillside, with a square, a chapel, a restaurant, a gym, a mini-market and a shared pool. Closer to a Mediterranean village than to a housing development.
